Teacher — Rondel Reynoldson

Rondel Reynoldson is an actress and acting teacher based in Vancouver. She has been acting for stage and screen for 30 years and teaching actors for 20 years. She currently teaches at the Vancouver Film School as well as running her own private classes.

4 WEEK SCENE STUDY - BRING YOURSELF TO THE WORK, BRING YOURSELF TO THE SCENE

Bringing yourself to the work is the difference between good acting, and great acting. If you find your work is lacking, that you have difficulty connecting to the emotional truth of a scene, this scene study class will make the difference. I have taught hundreds of actors to use their personal stories to bring a greater depth to their work. In this class we will explore techniques for bringing your impulses, your stories, and your life to the text. Fun and challenging, there will be an emphasis on personalizing your script to bring your acting to the next level. You will work two different scenes, with a chance to shoot each scene in the on-camera portion of the class.
